Description
Intro: 1896. Origin: from the eastern part of the Mediterranean to Central Asia. A real beauty The powerful 40 cm high flower stems bear an impressive spherical flower screen with a diameter of no less than 30 cm consisting of approximately 200 light pink flowers. The double-headed flowers are approx. 4 cm long, while the male flowers reach a stem length of 20 cm. Whimsical and very curious. As a cut flower, but even more as a dry flower (years of pleasure) of exceptional value. The four to six light green hyacinth leaf-like leaves appear early in the spring. A. schubertii is somewhat sensitive to frost, so cover well and do not plant before the end of November. Long-term flowering from the end of May to July. On the photo with Geranium 'Pink Penny'.
