Description
A hardy climbing plant with stems up to 150 cm long but much shorter when grown in a pot. This then blooms at a height of 30-50 cm. Leaf is normally green. The flowers are erect, ball-shaped to spreading, 5-8 cm in diameter, light violet-blue but the bud is very light pink. Pollen threads are yellowish. Blooms in May and June and from July to September. Prune lightly after the first flowering or cut off dead flowers. Winter hardy in the Netherlands.
